Ps3 games like Prototyper or spiderman?

i like prototype like the way the game is (not the story) is there any games like it and is there any games like the sims (the building part) i like to build and mange those kinds of game please help|||Definitely inFamous and inFamous 2 (coming out June) which has a mode where you can create your own missions and stuff, Prototype 2 is coming out next year. The Incredible Hulk games are also like Spider man/Prototype. Just Cause 2 is open world but with guns but it has tons of destruction like Prototype. As for the Sims, play Sims Medieval, and if you already have, play SecondLife, an online Sims-type game.|||Infamous
